We are looking forward to a health-inspired day to connect mind, body and spirit to the healthy choices we get to make every day. It's going to be a day packed with knowledgeable speakers, fab exhibitors, great attendees, music and an energetic Kat Perkins.
What should I wear?
During breaks you have the opportunity to visit the exhibitors, take part in health screenings, and get some exercise. You may want to take part in the activity sessions, or enjoy a walk so comfortable shoes are highly recommended. Wear your FitBit, pedometer or other activity-tracking device as there is time for walking. Room temperatures always vary, so consider the advice of your mother and bring a light sweater or jacket.
Are there additional registrations for sale? Sorry, but the event is completely sold out. Do I have to bring a printed ticket to the event? No. All registrations produce a name badge at registration onsite. Is my registration transferable? Yes, registrations may be transferred to another user. What will be served?
Breakfast will be waiting for you at your seat and includes a serving of vanilla Greek yogurt served with fruit, a touch of honey and a Kasha Bar. Lunch is barbeque chicken with roasted baby red potatoes, vegetables, a house salad, dinner roll and a taste of dark chocolate. Enjoy an afternoon snack of veggies, hummus and tortilla pinwheels. A vegan, gluten-free meal will be served to those who previously requested.
