The thing every human has in common is Time. You never outgrow time management - trying to fit everything (everyone) into your day, week or month. You elect to spend an hour at the gym 4 times a week, play with the kiddos, eat lunch with a friend. All time well spent. Likewise, sparing time devoted to your own motivation, improvement and education to you help reach your health goal is important. Your motivation ultimately affects your health and your health affects the time you get to spend with those you support and love.
