The Women's Health Conference committee are a group of health, public health and community minded experts serve to provide a practical, uplifting experience to help women grow emotionally, spiritually and physically. Meet Mandi.
Mandi works for Basin Electric Power Cooperative at its subsidiary Dakota Gasification Company. In her current role, she works with compensation, performance management, leave of absence administration, oversee drug testing programs and work closely with supervision to make BEPC/DGC an employer of choice.
Her unofficial job is as a coach for Capitol Volleyball Club in Bismarck. She loves to play the sport of volleyball and it gives her great pleasure to watch a team start to click and get passionate about the game. Volleyball is also a team sport and Mandi carries that philosophy into her work and home relationships. When she’s not coaching, she plays with her husband on a city league team with friends. She thinks it’s pretty cool that she has even got him into the game!
In terms of the Women’s Health Conference, Mandi anticipates a natural high from the event. From top notch speakers to new educational tips, from trying new foods to meeting new/old friends, the day is all around amazing for her.
