Stand Up - Simply stand up every hour, walk around for a few minutes, breakout some dance moves, or follow some stretches to wake your body up [find the inspiration for this post and some great resources at Naturally Randy Kay.]
Get A Standing Workstation - Even if you only use it for 10 minutes an hour.
Drink (more) Water - Refresh your body with the liquid of life with the added benefit of HAVING to get up to go the restroom.
Get up to Talk - Not all meetings have to be around a table - schedule a walking meeting, stand-up on phone conference calls, and walk around the house when talking to your sister on the phone long-distance.
Bounce - Place an exercise ball in front of your TV and at your computer desk. Bounce to the beat of your favorite Netflix series.
Park at the Back of the Lot - Incorporate more movement in your day by forcing yourself to move just a little bit more!
Stand When Texting - Make a new habit of standing when responding to a text message. That will be a LOT of standing (not recommended during church, class, or meetings).
