During a study-abroad program in London, Andrea found herself struggling with depression and stress. She heard about the benefits of yoga, found a free video and settled in to practice on her apartment floor. The experience left her sweaty and sore, but it provided an abundance of peace and calm. Andrea knew she had to share the bliss she experienced with others.
Two years later Andrea completed her 200-hour Hatha Yoga Certification and has been teaching group and individual sessions in the Fargo-Moorhead area since. In 2011, Andrea completed her Wellness Coaching training and currently leads groups and individuals in a program called AbundantLife where goals and balance are reached using meditation and yogic teachings. Andrea is currently pursuing her 500-hour yoga and Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist certifications.
